Alexandra Gater, a leading content creator, YouTuber, and home design expert known for making rental-friendly design accessible, came to us in need of a fresh brand and e-commerce strategy that could grow with her evolving business.
Together, we built her personal and homeware brands, extending her signature cozy, at-home aesthetic into physical and digital products—turning her comfort-led, DIY spirit into a scalable direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand.
Fun Fact: The first product was named the Ella, after Fellow’s founder, a detail that, depending on who you ask, may or may not have gone straight to her head.

Virtual Makeovers
Alexandra came to us with the challenge of growing her virtual makeover packages without losing the personal, thoughtful touch her audience loves.
We built her virtual makeover offering from the ground up—creating a simple system and templates to streamline delivery, alongside the full e-commerce setup including email flows and customer journey. This allowed her to take on more clients, stay consistent, and maintain the design-forward experience she’s known for.
